Friendly good value for money

Location, Good for NEC, though tricky to actually get to. Car parking good. Amenities good - kettle, hairdryer,etc.
The lady was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and she sorted things out for us . Room was quite big . Fine for an overnight stay.
Nice breakfast and the lady as very friendly and helped us find somewhere to eat. Good stay :). We were also a little late for check out and she was very understanding about it.
